Jason Mehta is a former federal prosecutor who specialized in healthcare fraud, who now advises and defends companies and individuals facing government investigations. As a prosecutor in Jacksonville, Florida, Jason was responsible for more than 50 False Claims Act recoveries and more than two dozen criminal prosecutions. He personally recovered more than a quarter of a billion dollars and was recognized with one of the Department of Justice’s highest awards, the Director’s Award, in 2017.
